Drinking alcohol increases your risk of cancer, specifically liver and throat cancer.

Your body breaks alcohol down into a chemical called acetaldehyde. This chemical affects the growth and function of your DNA cells. This can lead to the formation of a cancerous tumor.

Alcohol also has many other adverse health effects. Reducing your alcohol intake will lower the risks of cancerous tumors forming in your throat and liver. However, even if you reduce the intake of alcohol, you may still need a liver detox supplement to help your liver cleanse faster.

Have Regular Cancer Screenings
