The story begins with a powerful magician, Mallika battling a man Hassan. Mallika plans to take over the world, but she defeated by Hassan, so she turned into stone, but before she dies, Mallika turned Hassan into a Genie and caught him in a magic lamp.
After 500 years, Aladdin born in the city of Baghdad, and the owner of the lamp and its Genie. He is a kind and tries to help the poor. He is also the famous Black Thief due to his selfish Aunt Nazneen, Uncle Mustafa, and cousin Gulbadan. His mother Rukhsar hates the Black Thief, but she is unaware of his son. Aladdin’s father Omar is considered a rebel by everyone in Baghdad. And he thinks that he is dead, but his mother believes that he is alive.
Yasmine, Baghdad’s Princess, is Aladdin’s childhood crush. Zafar, the cunning minister, wants to marry her and become King. He is slowly poisoned Sultan Shahnawaz, so the Sultan’s health is worsening. Zafar also has a magic lamp, with Genie.
It revealed that Omar had the map to the lamp, but to save it from Zafar, he had burned half of it. Zafar decides to try to take help from The Black Thief. Yasmine knows that the diamond was stolen from a merchant and decides it take it back. She and Aladdin face to face while taking it.
Yasmine finds out that the diamond is fake and escapes. Zafar comes into the room and asks him to manage to find the lamp. Aladdin agrees to give happy lifestyle to mother and ready to find out the lamp in the Maghreb Desert. After some time, Aladdin finds that the protector of the lamp is Omar himself. Omar and Aladdin do not recognize each other and start a conflict. In the end, Omar directs Aladdin to the cave.
