Advantages of LED Lighting Over Traditional Sources


LEDs are an ingenious innovation with the ability to transform the lighting industry for the better. The term LED stands for light-emitting diode, a semiconductor device that produces light when electric current flows through it. This technology significantly improves traditional lighting, such as compact fluorescent and incandescent.
